Welcome to the Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

March 17th, 2020  - Please note that due to the COVID-19 outbreak, A&S IT is following CDC guidelines and practicing social distancing. We will be able to provide as much support through remote services. If we are unable to resolve the issue through remote service, we will set up a time for someone to be on campus. Please be patient as we are trying to keep our staff and their loved ones safe during this pandemic.
