Welcome to the Support Center

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

As Students, Faculty, and Staff begin returning to campus, please be patient as we are trying to get to every ticket as soon as possible. While we do try to communicate in the ticket within an hour or two, due to the increased number of tickets, we are trying to get to them within one business day. We are still following guidelines and the mask mandate. If possible, most tickets will be done remotely. If they cannot be resolved remotely, we will schedule out a time for an Analyst to work on the computer. Please do not come to our offices without a scheduled appointment. We appreciate your understanding during this time.
